I have been with Promax for a very long time. I rarely need to call but when I do they are always Swift in answering questions. They even review the policies to make sure we are getting the coverage and discounts we should be from our insurance carrier. Lori at Promax did this for us and found thousands of dollars that had been over paid because of a glitch from the insurance. After working with him, I can see why he earned that designation. He's so accommodating, professional, and right 'on top' of every possible new carrier that may be a good option. (As well as those that are not.) I was hesitant to switch insurance companies because I was concerned about their service, though the cost was cheaper. Not only did John provide me with excellent service and insurance at a much more affordable price, I got more coverage, and I added Umbrella insurance-all at a lower monthly rate. The proof of the company's value was on full display when my car was stolen while I was on vacation miles away from home. Each agent was quick, responsive, and communicated thoroughly every step of the rough road! My car was reported stolen on July 17th, and I had money deposited in my account on July 31st.
